Return Policy – 7 Days Only

Our return policy is valid for 7 days from the date the parcel is received.

• The customer simply changes their mind after receiving the product.

• Any hygiene-sensitive product has been opened or used.
• The product has been damaged after delivery due to customer handling.

For health, hygiene, and personal-use reasons, opened or used intimate/hygiene-sensitive products cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the item was received defective or the wrong product was sent.

Return Shipping

If the return is approved because of a wrong, defective, or damaged product, we may arrange or reimburse reasonable return shipping according to the circumstances.

If the return is not covered by our return policy, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refund / Replacement

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will determine whether the return qualifies under this policy.

How to Request a Return
