We carefully pack every order to ensure it reaches you safely and discreetly. Delivery time may vary depending on your location, product availability, and courier service.

• Standard delivery is normally completed within 2–5 working days.
• Urgent delivery may be available in selected areas on request.
• Some orders may require advance payment, especially when the product needs to be arranged from another supplier.

Return Policy – 7 Days Only

Our return policy is valid for 7 days from the date the parcel is received.

When a Return Is Possible

A return may be accepted in the following situations:

• You received a wrong product.
• The product received is damaged or defective.
• The product is significantly different from the product ordered.
• The parcel contains a missing item or incorrect quantity.
• The product has a manufacturing defect that was present when received.

When a Return Is NOT Possible

Returns will not be accepted in the following situations:

• The 7-day return period has expired.
• The product has been used, opened, damaged, or altered by the customer.
• The product is returned without its original packaging or accessories.
• The product is damaged because of misuse, improper handling, or negligence.
• The customer simply changes their mind after receiving the product.
• The product was purchased with incorrect specifications selected by the customer.
• Any hygiene-sensitive product has been opened or used.
• The product has been damaged after delivery due to customer handling.

Important for Hygiene-Sensitive Products

For health, hygiene, and personal-use reasons, opened or used intimate/hygiene-sensitive products cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the item was received defective or the wrong product was sent.

Return Shipping

If the return is approved because of a wrong, defective, or damaged product, we may arrange or reimburse reasonable return shipping according to the circumstances.

If the return is not covered by our return policy, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refund / Replacement

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will determine whether the return qualifies under this policy.

Depending on the situation, we may provide:

• A replacement product
• An exchange
• A refund, where applicable

Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment method.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving your parcel and provide:

No return will be accepted after the 7-day return period.
